Terms and Conditions

  1. Completed application form must be accompany with a non- refundable registration fee of £30 as well as certified copies of all the required certificates, photo pages of passport and 2 standard sized passport photographs. Please note that we will not be able to consider your application if the registration fee is not paid. This fee is not refundable.
  2. Croydonsam Training reserves the right not to process any application with forged documentation at any point if a student is found to have given false information or forged documents, that student will be expelled from the college with no refund and any outstanding fees would be payable to the College.
  3. It is our policy to carry out initial assessment on all applicants/students enrolled on the course by College academic staff. Following the assessment, staff may, at their discretion, advise the student to complete an access course successfully prior to joining their chosen course.
  4. Croydonsam Training reserve the right to alter dates, fees and any particulars in the brochure/website without prior notice.
  5. Croydonsam Training accept no legal liability in the case of accidents, illness, loss of or damage to personal effects and mail. Students will be asked to pay for any damage they cause to the premises and/or property of the college or accommodation arranged by the college.
  6. Croydonsam Training reserve the right to expel any students for inappropriate behaviour or any behaviour that interferes with the well-being of other students, staff or the reputation of the College.
  7. It is the student’s responsibility to apply and register with the relevant academic or professional bodies, where applicable, and to enter for any external examinations.
  8. Students must agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions and Fees policy stated below. This information is updated from time to time and it is the student’s responsibility to keep themselves updated.
  9. All tuition fees are payable in advance as – initial 50% of their tuition fee as a deposit and the balance is payable by 2 equal instalment. The first week of the 1st term/period and the last week of the 2nd term
  10. Students will be entered for examinations only if their attendance is above 80% and are recommended by the tutors as well as meeting the terms and conditions of the relevant awarding bodies. Though the College informs, advises and assists students in examination entry procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the student to register with the professional bodies as student members and to register for examinations in time. All examination fees and student membership fees must be paid by the student.
