Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor

About the course 

This apprenticeship is suited to first line management roles providing direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of goals set. 

Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems and building relationships internally and externally. 


Course Structure 

The duration of this programme is 12 months to complete. and students are expected to attend all the monthly training sessions with their assigned tutor at Croydonsam Training. During their training, apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected from a competent Team Leader Apprentice. Alongside the 12 months programme, your assigned tutor will support you to complete and achieve your Team Leader Apprenticeship – Level 3 + Functional skills Maths and English level 2

Entry Requirements 

Math and English GCSEs C/4 or above or Functional skills level 2

Apprentices without English or Math’s at Level 2 must achieve this prior to taking the end point assessment. 

Assessment Method: 

Portfolio of evidence and EPA 

Qualification: Level 3 Team Leading and supervisor 

Course Mode: Full time 

Progression route? 

On completion of this programme, you can progress to Level 5 Departmental Manager or Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship.
